1. Services Provided

Ground Zone Inc. offers grant writing, funding strategy, facilitation, public-private partnership development, market expansion guidance, and fractional executive consulting services. All services are customized and delivered according to the scope agreed upon in writing prior to project start.

2. No Guarantee of Funding

Ground Zone Inc. does not guarantee that any grant application or funding request will be approved or awarded. Decisions are made solely by the issuing agency or foundation. While we strive to deliver high-quality and compliant submissions, external factors—such as funding availability, competitiveness, and client eligibility—are beyond our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for service delivery.

  • Respond to document and information requests within agreed-upon timeframes.

  • Review and approve materials prior to submission, where applicable.

Ground Zone Inc. is not responsible for missed deadlines or incomplete applications due to delayed client communication or missing documentation.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal or invoice.

  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Invoices not paid within agreed-upon terms may result in paused work or additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, templates, and tools developed by Ground Zone Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final work product (e.g., completed grant proposals or strategic plans) may be used by the client as intended but may not be resold or repurposed without express permission.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All sensitive or proprietary information shared by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the contracted services, unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule consultations. Missed or canceled appointments without sufficient notice may be subject to a rebooking fee or forfeited service time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ground Zone Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website, or information provided. You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our services.

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website may include links to third-party websites or tools. Ground Zone Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy, privacy, or terms of use for those external sites.

10. Changes to Terms

Ground Zone Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
